Our company is a Food, Pharmaceutical Processing and Packaging Machinery Manufacturer that established since 1987.
We supply the whole-line processing machines for producing the wafer stick or wafer roll or choco roll or hollow wafer product.
We can supply :
1. Turbo Mixer Machine - for mixing the batter
2. Ball Mill Machine - for milling and producing the filling cream (such as : chocolate, strawbery, vanila, etc).
3. Mini Cutter Machine - for producing the pillow shape wafer.
4. Pressing Roller Conveyor - for producing the other shape of wafer
5. Enrober Machine - for coating the chocolate cream on the wafer
6. Cooling Tunnel Machine - for cooling the chocolate cream on the wafer.
7. Flow Wrap Packing Machine - for packing the wafers into the flexible packaging.
We have sold our machines to 19 countries in the world : Asia, Africa, Europe and America. We do provide the recipes of wafers from Economy Grade, Standard Grade upto Exclusive Grade which will be given during the installation and commissioning by our expert technicians who will give the know-how, many kinds of product’s recipes, trouble-shooting and maintenance on the customer's factory.
We have very strong networks in around the world, and we also use well-known world-wide electrical components for supporting our customers to easily find in the local market.
